[DENIED] Pasta weekend
We offer you a workshop and a delicious dinner, so that you, together with others, will learn how to make pasta completely by hand. During the workshop, we do not use machines, but make completely hand-kneaded and hand-rolled pasta.
We start at 14.00 on Saturday, with the actual pasta making. In a thorough review, we get access to tips and tricks so that you can continue making pasta at home yourself.
When the pasta is ready, we start preparing the food for the actual dinner. Here, Pastahantverket has selected Swedish raw materials for the season, mixed with Italian products. With these, we make a specially composed menu for the day.
Once you've come this far, maybe it's time to take a sip of a selected wine from the Vinlådan that best matches the evening's dishes. A little charcuterie, a little cheese...
Then it remains to eat dinner; absolutely fresh pasta that you made yourself.
It will be a nice and intimate context in a cozy and warm environment with Thomas and Lena at Borregården, and together with me, Helena at Pastahantverket. You will gain a lot of new knowledge about pasta making. In the evening, you can then fall asleep in one of the cozy rooms.
